Write for Guide2Richmond

At Guide2Richmond we're busy building up our content for our website, so we just don't have much time to sit down and come up with top notch features and reviews every day. That's where you come in. We are currently news and events driven but we're receiving a lot of traffic and want to expand our editorial features section.

We are looking for high quality features writers and reviewers. If you have an interesting way of looking at the world along with a vibrant, snappy way of expressing yourself we want to hear from you! You don't have to have any experience, but you must submit an article of around 500-1,000 words that is fascinating, witty and exciting. Write about anything you want, a focus on an area of Richmond upon Thames is desirable but not essential.

If we like it, we will publish your work along with a full credit and photo (if you want one!). We're not in a position to pay you at first but you will get the chance to advertise your self/website for free in our enhanced directory listing.

If we use your work a lot we will be offering a rate by word later on. This is a really fabulous opportunity for budding journalists/photographers, as we are fast becoming the most popular news and events site in the Richmond borough. Having your own by-line will look great on your CV.
